Dustin Gibbons serves as the Northeast Regional Vice President for Merion Residential, bringing a wealth of experience and knowledge to his role. With over 14 years of experience in the multifamily industry, his career has evolved from humble beginnings as a Maintenance Technician to his current leadership position. In addition to holding multiple roles including Community Manager in our Southeast region, it's worth noting that Dustin has also held a pivotal role as a NE Regional Property Manager for over six years. As a Regional Property Manager, Dustin played a key leadership role in overseeing and managing a broad portfolio of over 2,500 units and commercial assets in the Northeast region. This kind of regional management experience further honed his strategic and operational skills, including team leadership, financial management, and the ability to adapt to the unique challenges and opportunities presented by different geographic locations. Overall, Dustin's extensive and diverse career in multifamily property management, which includes roles as a Maintenance Technician, Community Manager, and Regional Manager, uniquely positions him to excel in his current role as the Northeast Regional Vice President for Merion Residential. Mia J. Law serves as Vice President of Human Resources for Merion Residential. In her current role, Mia is responsible for leading Merion Residential’s overall human resources strategy, including talent acquisition, organizational and cultural development, employee education and development, payroll and benefits, HR technologies, employee relations, and health and safety programs. Prior to joining Merion Residential, Mia worked as a Human Resources Director, Generalist, and Recruiter for companies in the insurance, commercial furnishings, managed care/clinical services, telecommunications, and banking sectors. As Vice President of Human Resources, Mia serves as the chief steward regarding the function, culture, and impact of Human Resources across the company. Mia works to ensure that HR programming at Merion helps the company achieve its business goals and strategies, as well as support the needs and aspirations of its employees throughout the portfolio. Mia views her core responsibility as collaborating with the leadership team to develop and implement strategic Human Resources plans and policies to support the company’s mission and strategy. Mia holds a bachelor’s degree in communications and marketing from Howard University, a master’s degree in training and organizational development from Saint Joseph’s University, a PHR designation from the HR Certification Institute, and a certificate of proficiency, paralegal studies from Delaware County Community College. -

Previously, Michael worked at Morgan Properties with over 28,000 apartments under management utilizing revenue maximizing software. Before entering the real estate industry, Michael spent 2 years maximizing revenue as a Slots and Table Games Analyst for Harrah’s Casino. A New Jersey native, he earned a Bachelor of Science in Finance from Rowan University in 2008. Colleen's history with Merion Residential began in 2013, when she started her professional journey as a Leasing Associate. Since then, she has successfully worked in every role within the Leasing Office and as a District Manager. Colleen believes that strong customer service and continuing education are important factors to help cultivate successful performance of Merion Residential’s team members and the overall performance of the communities. When Colleen isn't assisting with the daily operations, reviewing financial statements, and overseeing capital projects at her communities, you can find her rooting for the Jacksonville Jaguars. -

Jenifer is District Manager for Merion Residential’s communities in the state of New Jersey. As District Manager, Jenifer provides management, direction, and leadership for her assigned portfolio. She ensures that her properties are maintained and operated in accordance with the company’s standards and objectives. Jenifer began her residential property management career in 2010 as a property management liaison for residents and owners across 600 properties. She joined Merion Residential in 2017 as a Leasing Associate, and soon was promoted to Community Manager. She became District Manager for New Jersey in 2021. Teamwork and collaboration are what Jen finds most rewarding as District Manager. Jenifer believes that the most integral part of creating a successful team is fostering an inspirational dynamic between each contributor. She also believes in the importance of paying forward the knowledge and information that she has learned along her professional journey, which includes work as a licensed real estate salesperson in New Jersey. -
