How long have you been with Merion Residential?

Since the company's beginning, so a little over twelve years, and what a great ride it has been!

What made you choose Merion Residential?

At the time, it was the excitement of joining a brand new company, and my eagerness to learn and grow with a company that was just starting.

What does it take to be successful at Merion Residential?

I believe that you have to show up, and I do not mean only physically. What I mean is that you come to work to make a difference for our residents, our employees, and our company. You have to be willing to do the following every day: work hard to provide the best return to our investors; provide excellent customer service to our residents; and do your part to make Merion Residential a great place to work!

What is your favorite thing about Merion Residential?

I would say, and without a doubt, that the culture that we have created is my favorite part of Merion, as you cannot be known as "the company that keeps good company" without merit.

In my off time, I enjoy cooking for others. As a child instead of watching cartoons like most kids my age, I preferred to watch cooking shows.

How long have you been with Merion Residential?

I started working for Merion Residential on July 29th, 2013.

What made you choose Merion Residential?

I chose to apply to work for Merion Residential because I was looking for a great company where I could establish my first full-time job after completing my degree in Business Administration and Supervision. It was important for me to find a company where I could look forward to growing my skills and professional relationships while also developing my career. I have met and befriended so many amazing people that have taught me so much with this company - I am grateful for all of the opportunities that have come from my decision to join Merion Residential.

What does it take to be successful at Merion Residential?

First and foremost, I think that success is derived from personal accountability and developing good relationships with co-workers and customers. I also believe that you will be more successful if you love what you do, and I love leasing and working with everyone at Merion Residential!

What is your favorite thing about Merion Residential?

My favorite thing about Merion Residential is the atmosphere within the company. Everyone works together to reach our common goal of personal and professional success. We are all here for each other and it feels like a family!

I was offered my first part-time leasing position when I was 20. I was turning my keys in for the first apartment I lived in on my own and the manager asked me if I would like to work for her at the community. I worked there part-time for 3 years while going to school before accepting my full-time position at a Merion Residential property in Pensacola!

What made you choose Merion Residential?

The previous owners of my community sold the site to Merion Residential in 2017. At that time, I had worked at the site for 7 years. After having my initial interview and meeting some of the team, I knew I needed to jump on board with Merion Residential. I am very happy that I did so!

What does it take to be successful at Merion Residential?

For me on the maintenance side of the operation, I believe that if you are a good leader, or are led by a good leader, you can be successful at anything. I stand by that and I am represented by one of the most impressive teams anyone could ask for!

What is your favorite thing about Merion Residential?

The comradery at every and all levels of Merion Residential is my favorite part of the company. No matter what the question may be, you will always get the right answer along the line. Merion Residential truly has your back!
